Clients need to know about how decisions are reached and also about how matters are run
Redress
All staff are to offer all clients an apology as well as a speedy and effective solution in instances where standards fail to be met. Where complaints are made, clients must receive a sympathetic, positive response
Value for Money
The services offered should always give money value (i.e., the services should be provided economically and efficiently)
